Privacy notice
This notice explains what Renewables Pipeline does with the details you give us. We have kept it short and plain.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on our Book a call page, we receive your first and last name, your work email, your company, and anything else you choose to add: your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That means preparing the buyer map you asked for, replying to you and arranging a call if you want one. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything unrelated.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. They are seen only by the people who handle your request.
Stopping contact and deleting your details
If you want us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to anything we send. If you want us to delete what we hold about you, email christina.lewis@renewablespipeline.co or send the request through the form on our Book a call page. We will confirm once it is done.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The fonts load from a font service, which receives the basic technical details any web request carries.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
